Q) Isn't Mandarin hard to learn?
A) This is a common misconception. Spoken Chinese is no harder to learn than any other language, but it's reliance on different tones often confuse Westerners. However, those with a musical ear, as well as all children, naturally pick-up the differences in tones that are so vital in Mandarin!

Q) What ages do you teach?
A) We offer Mandarin for different age groups and abilities of English speakers with different teaching methods.

Q) Do you teach character writing also?
A) This depends on a student's needs. The most difficult part for foreigners is the Chinese character set. From our point of view, we prefer students to learn how to speak and listen first, not teaching writing until later.
